This will keep happening if people only care about punishment, not how to prevent it, what our government do after these murder cases ? Nothing, they just let it happened again and again, and let people vented some groups which only have different voice but still not effect law.
May I ask one question: Did our capital punishment abolished?
I suggest it's time to build tracking mental illness with long term unemployment issue will be a beginning.
And also it's time to flow our society.
